Lot, Width - The uniform width measured at the property line abutting the street <br />at the minimum building setback line of the underlying zoning district. In the case of a lot <br />abutting a cul -de -sac, the lot width is the width measured at right angles to the depth at the <br />building setback requirement. <br />Manufactured Home — A structure, transportable in one or more sections, which <br />in the traveling mode, is eight (8) body feet or more in width and forty (40) body feet or more in <br />length, or, when erected on site, is 320 or more square feet, and which is built on a permanent <br />chassis and designated to be used as a dwelling with or without a permanent foundation when <br />connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and <br />electrical systems contained therein; except that the term includes any structure which meets all <br />the requirements and with respect to which the manufacturer voluntarily files a certification <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 327.31 through 327.36, as amended. <br />Mining - All or any part of the process involved in the extraction of sand, gravel, <br />rock, soil or other material from the ground by removing the overburden and extracting directly <br />from the material(s) thereby exposed. <br />Mobile Home — Any structure constructed in such .a. manner as to permit <br />occupancy thereof, as living quarters and so designed that it is or may be mounted on wheels, <br />and conveyed on highways or streets, drawn by other motor power. Any mobile home less than <br />thirty (30) feet in overall length is defined as a "Recreational Vehicle." <br />Mobile Home Park — Any premises which has facilities to accommodate two (2) <br />or more occupied mobile homes. <br />Model Home — A home which is similar to others in a development and which is <br />open to public inspection for the purpose of selling said other homes. <br />Motel/Motor Hotel - A building or group of detached, semi - detached or attached <br />buildings containing guest rooms or units, each of which has a separate entrance directly from <br />the outside of the building or corridor, with garage or parking space conveniently located to each <br />unit, and which is designed, used or intended to be used primarily for the accommodation of <br />transient guests traveling by automobile. <br />Motor Freight Terminal (Truck Terminal) — A building in which freight <br />brought by motor truck is assembled and sorted for routing in intrastate and interstate shipment. <br />Motor Fuel Station A place where gasoline is stored only in underground <br />tanks, kerosene or motor oil and lubricants or grease, for- operation of automobiles, are retailed <br />directly to the public on premises and including minor accessories and services for automobiles <br />but not including automobile major repairs and rebuilding. <br />Motor Vehicle, Commercial Use Any device designed to be self- propelled that <br />is eligible for legal operation on the public roads and highways and whose primary use is to <br />
