date of the Certificate, then the City shall be relieved of its obligation to make the deposit <br />pursuant to subsection (a), and shall instead be obligated to reimburse the ACHHRAA for the <br />amount deposited on the next January 1 or July 1. <br />Section 3.4. Source of Operating Deficit Amounts. The City agrees to levy a tax on <br />all taxable property within its boundaries, as necessary to fund its obligation pursuant to <br />Section 3.3 above. <br />
