Attached is a copy of the LELS and City proposals and the respective cost <br /> <br />on of each. <br /> <br />Please note: 1992 contracts to date range from 3% to 4% plus monthly in~ of between $15 <br />and $35 for health care. Staff is unsure of the cost of the 'Standby proposal. LELS <br />Stewards have suggested that the cost may be expenditure neutral as o sed to paying overtime <br />for court. Staff believes that an Arbitrator would look at the Pro Pay negatively if the City <br />were to go to arbitration to settle the LELS contract, and would arther like the Personnel <br />Committee to meet with LELS Stewards to discuss the future o£ the Pay Plan.
