COUNCIL BUSINESS Case #1: Off-sale Intoxicating Liquor License for F.N.C. Corporation Police Chief Auspos stated that F.N.C. Corporation has applied for an off-sale intoxicating liquor license to °Pera~e the liquor store at 14107 St. Francis Boulevard N.W. He stated that all the informatio~lSas been submitted and he has found nothing to prevent the issuance of the license. Chief Ausp~s~, recommended approval of the license. Motion by ~ _C~uncilmember Beyer and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to approve an off-sale intoxicating liquor license for F.N.C. Corporation at 14107 St. Francis Boulevard N.W. Motion carriegl.
