<br />ftC'll MAY 5 zooa <br /> <br />111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 <br />Record 10 2101890 <br /> <br />:,. <br /> <br />t '} <br /> <br />2000124.009 <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-03-059 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH AN IN HOME HAIR SALON ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />6421 153rd LANE N.W BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0822 AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #08-03-058 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0822 for this home-based hair salon and herein approves the Home Occupation <br />Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On March 25, 2008, a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to April Mastell ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish a hair salon in the <br />dwelling on the property located at 6421 153rd Lane N.W. , legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the north 230.35 feet of the south 553.35 feet of south half of <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 lying east of the west <br />2466 feet of said south half together with that part of Southwest Quarter of <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 23 said Township and Range described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point 323 feet north of south line of said Quarter Quarter, as <br />measured at right angles and 2699 feet east of west line of south half of Northeast <br />Quarter of said Section 22, as measured at right angles, thence north and pararell <br />with west line of south half of Northeast Quarter of said Section 22 and to a point <br />553.35 feet north of south line of said Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, as <br />measured at right angel, thence west parallel with south line of said Southwest <br />Quarter of Northwest Quarter and to west line thereof, thence south along west <br />line of said Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter to its intersection with a line <br />drawn west from point of beginning and parallel with south line of said Southwest <br />Quarter of "Northwest Quarter, thence east parallel with south line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter to point of beginning, except road, <br />subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code.
