1. That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a hair salon on the ;- Subject Property. 2. That the hours of operation shall be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. 3. The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total floor area of the private dwelling. 4. Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of the Permit Holder. 5. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. 6. There shall be no business signs visible from the exterior of the home. 7. There shall be no exterior indications of the home occupation displayed. 8. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. 9. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the private dwelling on the Subject Property. 10. Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the residence. 11. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County licenses. 12. That the Permit Holder shall be in compliance with all Fire Codes and hazardous waste regulations. 13. That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary building permits, if any structural modifications are made with regard to the Home Occupation 14. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and enforcement of this Permit. 15. Should the Permit Holder die ormove to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at the same address, desire to continue the home. occupation, written notice to that effect shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation of the Permit without further hearing.
