Nate's business overview <br />• <br />Primary business is specialty construction of custom parts that in turn are shipped to new club <br />locations throughout the U.S. for Lifetime Fitness <br />Majority of contract work is the installation on site of the new dub locations <br />Work in the shop includes personal items, i.e. new fence for property, landscape, storage of trailers <br />and storage of installation tools and portable welders ect. <br />Shop will also be used for repairs of trailers used in shipping parts to job sites:_ <br />Normal shop hours 7:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday if needed <br />Building is climate controlled with energy efficient geothermal heat and air conditioning, with lumen <br />control lighting. <br />All shop related tools to be used only inside building <br />No solvent products used <br />No exhausting of fumes as the shop to have cartridge style collection systems for powder and <br />smoke. <br />Doors to remain closed during work times as to not allow noise to enter neighborhood <br />People working in shop are mainly family members <br />Property to be clean and orderly <br />
