The proposed trail easement language is <br />sufficient; however, it must be in a recordable form and submitted as a separate document for <br />recording at Anoka County against Lot 1 Block 1 Kings Ranch Estates. <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee at a rate <br />of $425.00 per unit. Existing homesteads are exempt from this fee; therefore, only Lot 2 will be <br />subject to the fee in effect at the time of final plat approval. This fee must be paid prior to <br />release of the final plat for recording. Additionally, the Residential Equivalent Unit (REU) used <br />to assess a quarterly usage charge, will be applied to the new lot as well. Therefore, each parcel <br />will be subject to a quarterly fee on the utility billing in the amount of $8.58. <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:OOpm on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center located at 7550 Sunwood Dr NW, to consider your request for final plat <br />approval.
