SUMMARY <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #08 -XX which has been approved by the <br />City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />Ordinance. <br />The ordinance repeals the existing City Code Section 9.11.04 (Home Occupations) and replaces <br />it with a new Section 9.11.04 (Home Occupations): This section establishes parameters for <br />home occupations that do not require a permit from the City, parameters for home occupations <br />that require a permit issued administratively by City Staff Home occupations proposing to <br />operate beyond the scope of the established parameters are subject to a review by the Planning <br />Commission and approval of City Council. <br />SECTION 4.
