Background: <br />ORDER 2008 STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM <br />By Steven J. Jankowski, City Engineer <br />CASE # <br />The 2008 program consists of seven individual projects addressing the maintenance <br />needs on 20.13 miles of City streets. Projects 08 -01 through 08 -04 which covers 14.33 <br />miles of City streets, will receive a sealcoating preceded by sealing of cracks. Projects <br />08 -05 through 08 -07 which involve 5.80 miles of street, will receive a one and one -half <br />inch bituminous overlay of the existing bituminous pavement following the repair of <br />failed areas. The projects are as follows: <br />08 -01 <br />The sixty day period has elapsed since the public hearing was held on these projects and <br />they may now be authorized by the Council.
