Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Levine, Van Scoy, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, and Hunt. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />The public hearing closed at 10:02 p.m. <br />Commission Business <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik stated Staff did some random drive by <br />inspections of approximately 500 -600 properties. If this new ordinance were enacted, at least 30 <br />properties would be non - compliant. <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Levine, to direct City Staff to forward the <br />proposed ordinance amendment to Section 9.11.08 (Off - Street Parking) of City Code to City <br />Council for denial. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Van Scoy, Levine, Cleveland, <br />and Hunt. Voting No: None.
