Walls are going up and it should be <br />completed by summer's end. <br /> <br />6590 141 5t Avenue: Demolition is complete and Staff is negotiating with Production Design <br />Products for and expansion and reconfiguration of its existing business. Staff has a meeting <br />scheduled for May 14 to discuss final plans with business. <br /> <br />14105 Azurite Street: The former Sparkle Pool Site has been looked at by Tag Machine. Staff <br />has received a proposal for this site and is currently negotiating the details of a proposed <br />assistance package. It appears as if this site could need a significant storm water drainage system <br />installed to alleviate existing drainage concerns. Nothing new to report. <br /> <br />24 <br />
