<br />Minnesot~b- <br />Home Ownership <br />Center Free Workshop Helps <br />At-Risk Homeowners Understand Options <br /> <br />~,,~ - <br />J~ .E;t ./ <br />. . ... ~f1i" <br />Clt1! 01'. . ,~.if". <br />RAMSEY <br /> <br />The Minnesota Home Ownership Center is offering a free workshop for homeowners <br />who are worried about making upcoming mortgage payments, are already facing foreclosure or <br />for anyone interested in leaming more about foreclosure. The Borrowers Workshop will take <br />place on Tuesday, May 13 from 4:30 to 7:30 pm at Anoka Technical College, 1355 Hig11way #10 <br />NW, Anoka (main entrance on east side of building in Auditorium A on the second floor). The <br />workshop is an open-house event. Participants are encouraged to come any time during work- <br />shop hours. <br />The workshop will provide infonnation on what happens during .foreclosures~ homeown- <br />ers' rights, and solutions for long-tenn housing needs. Participants will be able to ask questions <br />and get free advice - confidentially - from mortgage lending and foreclosure specialists. <br />The Mhmesota Home Ownership Center urges all homeowners facing foreclosure to at- <br />tend this workshop. The most important thing a troubled homeowner can do is to begin working <br />with their lender or foreclosure specialist early. The earlier homeowners act, the more options <br />they have. <br />If you can't attend the workshop and want to learn more, call the Minnesota Home Own- <br />ership Center at 651-659-9336.
