COUNCIL BUSINESS Case #1: Re. quest for an Extension to Conditional Use Permit to have more than One Main Building on a Property; Case of Grace Community Church Zoning Adminisla'ator Frolik stated that on March 26, 1991, the City of Ramsey granted a conditional gge permit to Grace Community Church to establish a second main building on their property at Ig3gl ~. 167th Avenue N.W. for use as a parsonage. She stated that Ramsey City Code states that a eO~nditional use permit shall expire if the permit holder fails to initiate the conditional use permit Wifl~in'~ 12 months. Grace Community Church has not yet initiated construction of the parsonage arid she reported receiving a written request from Reverend Barrows for a one-year extension to flie CUP. Motion by CoUnO~lmember Zimmerman and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to adopt Resolution g92-03-047 8i~m~ t~g a one-year extension to establish the conditional use permit for a second main building at 6~gl "167th Avenue N.W.
