Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Hardin and <br />Zimmerman, Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Organizational Ordinance Amendment <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that the Personnel Committee reviewed the proposed changes <br />of Chapter 2 of the Ramsey City Code. He explained the purpose of the amendments is basically <br />to "streamline~' the chapter by deleting redundancies, etc. The two substantial changes are that <br />Board and c0~mission terms will be changed to two-year, staggered terms and that only Ramsey <br />residents willbe allowed to serve on Commissions and Boards.
