Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Hardin and <br />Zimmerman, !Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request for Site Plan Review for an Expansion to the Rum River <br />Itfiis Golf Course Clubhouse; Case of Rum River Hills, Inc. <br /> <br />City Enginegr~ Jankowski stated a special Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was held to <br />discuss the Rl~m River Hills Golf Course request for site plan approval for an expansion to the <br />clubhouse. $~m¢'concems were raised regarding drainage, parking spaces, whether or not the on- <br />site septic system! would be adequate, and that possibly an automatic sprinkler system should be <br />required. With regard to the concerns, he reported that all existing and additional runoff from the <br />clubhouse s~31cta, re will drain eastward into the golf course ponding system. The Zoning <br />Administratoe reVtewed~t the number of parking stalls and found the amount to be adequate. The <br />septic system~mu~t be approved by Anoka County and the Building Official will determine if a <br />sprinkler system is needed. <br /> <br />Motion by Matyor. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Hardin, Peterson and <br />Zimmerman, Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: AUthorization to Solicit Bids for the Construction of Waco Street <br /> ~N.W. from 149th Avenue N.W. to 150th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that to facilitate the construction of the Juniper Woods subdivision, <br />the City ent~rad into an agreement with Mr. Albin Peterson in April 1990 which allowed for the <br />extension of;~w~ and water through his property and his dedication of right-of-way for Waco <br />Street N.W. rb~etween 149th Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue N.W. in exchange for the City <br />installing the ;roadway.
