V0~ngNo: None. <br /> <br />Case #9: R~Ceive Feasibility Study for Improvement Project #92-12 <br /> : rBiiuminous Surfacing of 177th Avenue N.W. from St. Francis <br /> 'BOUlevard N.W. to its Eastern Terminus <br /> <br />City Engine.~r~Ja ~nkowski stated that a petition was received by the required number of property <br />owners reque~tinl~ a feasibility study on the costs associated with the bituminous surfacing of <br />177th AvenUe!N.W. from St. Francis Boulevard N.W. to its eastern terminus. Council authorized <br />the preparati0tl of this study. <br /> <br />Motion by Co!~nci. lmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt Resolution <br />g92-05-120 tegeig[ing a report and calling for public hearing for Improvement Project g92-12 and <br />setting June 23, 1992 as the date for a public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case gl0: :Adopt Ordinance Amending Water and Utilities Section of the City <br /> ~COde <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that at the City Council meeting of May 12, 1992 an ordinance was <br />introduced to)amend the water and utilities section of the City Code. <br /> <br />Motion by ~-°!mcilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt Ordinance <br />g92-05 revising SeCtion 4.40 of the Ramsey City Code known as "Water and Utilities". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer, Peterson and <br />Zimmerman. ~ <br /> <br />Case #11: ~Report from the Negotiating Committee <br /> <br />City Admini ,strator Sehroeder stated there have been several meetings where the subject of the 1992 <br />wages and b~t/efi_~, for the exempt personnel has been addressed. He added that City Council is <br />interested in ~'i~aplementing a performance pay system in 1992.
