Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: :Request for Final Plat Approval of McDonald Addition, a Minor <br /> Subdivision; Case of Robert McDonald <br /> <br />Zoning Administrgtor Frolik stated that Mr. Robert McDonald is requesting a minor subdivision to <br />create one 5.0~cr¢ lot and one 49 acre lot from a 54 acre parcel lying south of Trott Brook, east of <br />166th Avenue~N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. The proposed minor subdivision is in compliance <br />with the 4 in 4,0 density regulations. The two lots are proposed to share an access onto Variolite <br />Street N.W. that ~ould line up with 166th Avenue N. W. to the west. The developer is also <br />providing an easement to preserve a corridor for the possible future extension of 166th Avenue <br />N.W. from the east to Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />Motion by Couneilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to adopt Resolution <br />#92-06-145 grhnting final plat approval to McDonald Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
