Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by C, ?un¢ilmember Hardin and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to adopt Resolution #92~07- <br />170 approvagg ~e issuance of a variance from street frontage requirements on P.I.N. 10-32-25- <br />11-0001 b~{~l On Findings of Fact #0316 amended as follows: <br /> <br />Item #2 shall:read: Placement of any structure on the subject property shall be a minimum of 421 <br />feet from ~eisoathern boundary of the subject property to preserve a corridor for the extension of <br />171 st Lane ~.W,: through the subject property at such time that the subject property may be platted <br />and develo~ to'fa higher density. <br /> <br />Item #3 sha!l~read: The fee title owner agrees to convey at no expense to the City, by deed, at such <br />time as the ~ty/nay request, an easement for street purposes over and across the North 66 feet of <br />the South 38! f~t on both adjoining parcels owned by Tim and Brenda Smith. <br /> <br />Item #5 shall icad: At such time as the subject property is platted and developed in accordance with <br />City Code, th~ am:ess to the residential structure on the property shall be located on the public street <br />within the bbhndaries of the plat. <br /> <br />Motion carfi ~e~cl. Voting No: <br />Councilmem~rs Peterson and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Mayor Gill~tson recessed the City Council meeting at 9:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Gill~r tson reconvened the City Council meeting at 9:40 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #4: Engineering Services for Wood Pond Projects. <br /> <br />City Engine:Or Jankowski explained that the contractual agreement with Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates Calls for payment for the number of hours actually expended in providing these hourly <br />services and is aot limited by the estimate. However, the amount by which the actual hours <br />exceeded tttelest~mate are significant and an explanation by the engineer was requested. City <br />Engineer JaO~oWSki stated that he feels the hours submitted for billing are accurate and reasonable <br />for the amoti~ of services rendered and recommended payment of the invoices. <br /> <br />Motion by Couneilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve <br />payment of'.it~vo~ees to Hakanson Anderson Associates for services rendered for Improvement <br />Projects g91'13 and g91~14 in the amount of $18,878.45. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
