Councilme~ber~,Peterson stated that the Public Works Supervisor had been contacted regarding <br />this narrowe~ street width and felt there was not problem with regard to snow plowing. <br /> <br />Council reoc ~nur~ended the following additions to the resolution: WHEREAS, by previous City <br />Council acflt in o.fl May 22, 1990, the City approved the preliminary plat of Northfork 5th Addition <br />as part of a ?.UJD. in order to accommodate the needs of the Scottish Links Golf Course; and <br />WHEREAfi. sa~d preliminary plat approval permitted the improved width of the streets to be 29 <br />feet as opgdsed! to the City's standard more typical street improved width of 31 feet; and <br />WHEREASi, the present City Council does not care to necessarily establish 29 feet as the <br />improved wldtht~ of all similar streets, but does desire to honor the previous City Council's <br />commitment With regard to this particular plat approval. <br />Motion by C~>un¢ilmember Peterson and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to adopt Resolution//92- <br />09-234, as ad)ended, granting final plat approval to Northfork Links 2nd Addition contingent upon <br />the developer~en~ring into a development agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. (Dick Knutson) <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Mr. Dick Knutson of WPH Properties, Inc. is requesting <br />final plat approval of Wood Pond Hills 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion by ~Clouncilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution #9~2-0~-235 granting final plat approval to Wood Pond Hills 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carrie, gl.. Vo!ingiNo: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Consider Recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission to <br />Initiate Action to Revoke Conditional Use Permit for Danny's <br />Aliaminum Processing, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Admi/fistrotor Frolik stated that on August 4, 1992, the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />recommended that City Council consider action to revoke the conditional use permit for Danny's <br />Aluminum Pr~cei~sing, Inc. for various reasons. Subsequent to that, a conditional use permit <br />amendment at3d ~ite plan to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission r~evi0, wed the amendment and site plan and recommended approval. Based on that, <br />Staff is recom~ergting no action on the recommendation for revocation until after Council has had <br />an opportuni¢ to ~eview the CUP amendment and site plan. <br />Motion by Co.~ncilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to table this <br />case until furtl~er review. <br /> <br />Motion carried. ~oting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Zimmerman, Beyer <br />and Hardin.
