By a n~)~or ubdivision, the developer is seeking to replat these four lots into three, thereby increasing (~ei~ Size and making them more appealing to prospective home buyers. The subdivision~so n¢ludes an outlot adjacent to 153rd Avenue N.W. The subject mt ~rty is approximately 2.2 acres in size and is zoned B-3 Highway Business. Motor vehie sa ',s is a permitted use in the B-3 Business District.
