Voting No: None. Case #3: ~ R~quest for an Amended Conditional Use Permit for Danny's AIhminum Processing, Inc.; Case of Dan Karst. Zoning Aden nis~l/ator Frolik stated that Daniel Karst has applied for an amendment to his conditional ~ ;e t~'mit to allow for the disassembly of engines and transmissions within the existing bui~ ng~n the site, which is proposed to be expanded and, in accordance with the terms of the condi~ )n~ use permit issued in 1990, the use of his adjacent parcels for exterior storage purposes. O~ Sr~ptember 1, 1992, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing and t~c :o ~n~e_nded City Council approval of the conditional use permit amendment and site plan.
