<br />63) to 176th Lane; and 176th Lane from Chameleon Street to thewest line of Section 4
<br />Town 32 Range 25 hereby petition that the above street segments, which shall hereafter
<br />be referred to as Shawn Acres Street Improvements, be improved with .regrading and
<br />bituminous surfacing pursuant to Minnesota State Statues, Chapter 429.
