The rate in effect at the time will be collected prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. A drainage and utility easement encumbers <br />a pond on both lots of the proposed plat. This pond serves as a City <br />regional basin and directly benefits these parcels. <br /> <br />10. Sanitary Sewer ~d Water Trunk Charges: Trunk charges are required for <br />municipal sewer and water on the portion of the plat previously designated <br />as Outlot A, AEC ENERGY PARK 4TH ADDITON. The current <br />commercial rate for sanitary sewer is $3,630 per acre, and water is $7,914 <br />per acre. The fee totals for this plat are $22,604.01 for sanitary sewer, and <br />$49,280.48 for water. The rate in effect at the time will be collected prior <br />to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />11. Tree Preservation Plan: The City is not in receipt of a tree inventory and <br />preservation plan at tIns time. A tree inventory and preservation plan will <br />need to be submitted at Final Plat. <br /> <br />16. Landscaping: A Landscaping Plan has been submitted as part of the Site <br />Plan Review application. <br /> <br />17. Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits <br />required from other regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, <br />2008, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, to review your sketch plan. A copy of the <br />case cover sheet is enclosed for your information.
