The <br />proposed expansion shows ten loading docks and nine drive-in accesses, acceptable to City <br />Code standards. <br /> <br />RED Number: This property is subject to a storm water utility charge. The increase in the <br />amount of impervious area will increase this charge. The city will determine the amount of <br />the increase upon review of the final construction plans. The Residential Equivalent Unit <br />(RED) is a method of assessing accurate quarterly usage charges for stormwater <br />management. The REU is based on percent of impervious surface coverage, and has been <br />estimated to be 37.39, resulting in a quarterly charge of $1,283.30 for 2008. The rate will <br />change at the first ofthe year, and on an annual basis. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 pm on Thursday, June 5, 2008 in the <br />Council Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal Center (7550 Sunwood Drive NW) to review <br />your proposed site plan.
