Ebony Woods <br />Final Plat Review <br />June 6, 2008 <br />3 of 3 <br />Landscaping: Each single family lot shall be landscaped with two (2) shade trees each having a <br />minimum caliper of at least one (1) inch and located preferably in the boulevard area or as near <br />the front property line as possible. The boulevard area (right -of -way) must be sodded while the <br />remainder of the yards may be sodded, seeded, or otherwise landscaped accordingly. The yard <br />must be installed within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. <br />Please submit a landscaping plan for review and comment. The plan shall include species name <br />(common and Latin), size, root stock and quantities, as well as planting specifications /details. <br />Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from other <br />regulatory agencies. <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center located at 7550 Sunwood Drive to consider your Final Plat request.
