Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #08- 06 -xxx A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF EBONY WOODS WHEREAS, on May 19, 2008, Tim Holm, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant ", properly applied for a minor subdivision to re -plat one lot into three, buildable lots on the following legally described properties located in the City of Ramsey: That Part of Lot, 1, Block 1, Riverview Bowl Lying Southerly of Westerly Extension of North Line Lot 2 Side Block 1, Together With Lot 3, Block 4 Riverside West, Subject to Easement of Record (the "Subject Property "); and WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to be processed as a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan as required under Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on April 3, 2008; and WHEREAS, the Park Commission reviewed park dedication requirements on May 8, 2008 and recommended cash contribution; and WHEREAS, the Applicant submitted a final plat application on May 19, 2008; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on June 10, 2008; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Ebony Woods in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 6, 2008 and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 10 day of June, 2008. -147-
