The bid was ofi~nally for placing <br />of the bitt i~ous pavement only as it was anticipat~ the pmlimin~ ~ading work would <br />be peff~ne4 by the City's Public Works Dep~tment. At the time of the awed, it was <br />noted th~[t i~the contractor also perfo~ed the grading work, it would eliminate <br />coordinat~ ag ~h~ules and any dispute over responsibility for co~ecting pavement defers. <br />The proj'e :t h~s b~n completed and a change order has been prepped to reflect $425.75 for <br />25 tons 0t~ bitOminous beyond the 1,450 tons estimated and $2,720 for the time utilized for <br />grading. <br /> <br />Mouon by C0uncfimember Zimme~an and seconded by Councflmember Beyer to adopt <br />ResolutiOn ~2-12-320 approving Change Order No. 1 and issuing final payment to <br />Bauerly ~roffiers, Inc. for Cen~al P~k p~king lot. <br />Morion ~ed.
