Acting Ch~r~n Hendriksen called the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting back to order at ~/!35 !b.m. co i IO/ Case #1: ~ l~e~ quest for a Conditional Use Permit to have Horses on Less Than ~ Three Acres; Case of James Paulzine Zoning Ad~tnlnistxator Frolik stated that Mr. James Paulzine is requesting a conditional use permit to have horns o~ less than three acres at 16350 Alpaca Street. Included in the case are four signed statements fi~pm'fieighbors stating support for Mr. Paulzine's request. The Plannig~ arid Zoning Commission reviewed the findings of fact and made the following amendmen~:i Motion by ~2pmlifissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to amend gl 5 to read "That the plx~l~OS~ use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses".
