Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: .~ [R~quest for a Conditional Use Permit to Construct and Operate a <br />Manufactm, lng~ Facility in the B-3 Business District; Case of Stephen Franta, <br />Canvas Cr~a[t <br />Zoning Adrai!ais~ator Frolik stated Mr. Stephen Franta is proposing to construct a 3,472 square <br />foot facility ~)[a L~t 2, Block 3, Alpaca Estates for the purpose of manufacturing boat covers and <br />portable fisl~il~ous~s. Manufacturing is not a permitted use in that district. Mr. Franta submitted a <br />similar appli~4fioflr in 1990 which he withdrew after approval. <br />The Planninlgl an4 Zoning Commission reviewed the findings of fact and made the following <br />amendmentst. <br /> <br />Motion by ~ssioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend #10 to read <br />"That the pt~Ol~o~d use will not adversely impact traffic in an area intended and zoned for <br />commercial activin". <br />Motion carrie.
