Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case 05: Request for Sketch Plan Review of Fleischer's 2nd Addition; Case of <br /> Jl~ck Menkveld, North Suburban Development Company <br />Zoning Ad~ni~ator Frolik stated that on July 3, 1990, a sketch plan was presented to thc <br />Planning argt Zo~.ng Commission for Flcischer's 2nd Addition. At that time recommendations for <br />changes wer¢i m~e and the developer was to submit a revised sketch plan. Since that time, Mr. <br />Jack Menk~..e ld has taken action to acquire the subject property from Doloras Fleischer and has <br />submitted a:t ~vi.~xl sketch plan. Ms. Frolik added that the subject property is zoned R-1 Urban <br />Residential a~d i~ proposed to be developed with sanitary sewer and municipal water. <br /> <br />The Commts lion~ advised Mr. Jeff Caine, representing North Suburban Development Company, <br />that they did _~ot Want accesses onto collector streets and requested another revised sketch plan to <br />review. <br /> <br />Motion by C~mr0fi'ssioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud that the Commission <br />see a revise~,~sk~ch plan for Fleischer's 2nd Addition before proceeding with preliminary plat <br />approval. <br /> <br />Motion cardgd. ~Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Hendriksen, Commissioners Deemer, Thorud, <br />Bawden, Lai~ue and Terry.
