At that time recommendations for <br />changes wer¢i m~e and the developer was to submit a revised sketch plan. Since that time, Mr. <br />Jack Menk~..e ld has taken action to acquire the subject property from Doloras Fleischer and has <br />submitted a:t ~vi.~xl sketch plan.
