Case #6: ', <br /> <br />li'equest for Sketch Plan Review of Ramsey Meadows; Case of <br />13/ilbert Menkveld <br /> <br />Zoning Ad~nistrator Frolik stated that Mr. Gilbert Menkveld is requesting sketch plan review of <br />Ramsey M~do~s. The proposed plat consists of approximately 29.5 acres to be subdivided into <br />33 single f~ly ~ban residential lots. <br />The Commis 5io~ reviewed the comments in the letter sent to Mr. Gilbert Menkveld from City Staff <br />dated Fe .~ry ~6, 1992. It was noted that not all of the lots in the sketch plan meet the minimum <br />80 foot widt[i requirement. <br /> <br />Motion by ~ ~>m .m!sstoner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to see a revised sketch <br />plan paying] >ard~rcular attention to lot sizes, details on the reconstruction of 149th Avenue N.W. <br />and platting he I~ts so that all have a minimum of 10,800 square feet above ordinary high water. <br /> . <br />Motion caffi/l~d. ~oting Yes: Acting Chairperson Hendriksen, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, <br />LaDue, Ter~; an~ Thorud. Voting No: None. <br />Case 07: ~[ R~view Proposed Sign Ordinance <br />Zoning Adri~nis~ator Frolik stated that per the Commission s direction at their February meeting, <br />she made a~r~'fio~al amendments to the proposed sign ordinance. <br />Following ar~ th~ amendments made by the Commission at this meeting: <br /> <br />Page 1 of 29.
