<br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />ANDERSON DAHLEN, INC. <br />BUILDING EXPANSION <br /> <br />On June 24,2008, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Anderson Dahlen, <br />Inc, ("Permittee"), whose address is 6850 Sunwood Drive, RamseyMN 55303, to construct a 54,720- <br />square-foot expansion to the existing manufacturing and office facility ("Structure") on the property <br />which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1 Knoll Properties Addition, Anoka County., Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to S9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or <br />architect. <br /> <br />2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed III <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />3. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan submittal prepared by Rosa Architectural Group, Inc. dated April 30, 2008, revised <br />June 12,2008. <br /> <br />4. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site <br />improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the <br />Site Plan submittal and in accordance with City Code. The City Engineering Department <br />requires the submittal of a complete set of Construction Plans for review and approval prior to <br />beginning construction on the site. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />a. Site grading in accordance with the Grading Plan prepared by Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. dated February 22, 2008, revised June 12, 2008. <br />b. Installation of concrete and bituminous driveways and parking lot per City standards. <br />c. Installation of storm sewer and appurtenances per City standards. <br />d. Installation of B-6/12 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all concrete <br />and/or bituminous surfaces. <br />e. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction and in accordance with the Site <br />Plan. <br />f. Installation and removal of temporary erosion control measures. <br />g. Installation of landscaping materials in accordance with the Landscape Plan prepared by <br />Rosa Architectural Group, Inc. dated April 30, 2008, revised June 12,2008. <br />h. Irrigation metering and backflow devices shall be approved as part of the Utility Plan, and <br />installed accordingly. <br /> <br />-174- <br />
