City Code requires one loading dock for the first 10,000 square feet of floor <br />space and one loading dock for every additional 25,000 square feet of floor space. The <br />expanded building proposes to have a total of ten loading docks and nine drive-in accesses, <br />acceptable to City Code standards. <br /> <br />RED Number: This property is subject toa storm water utility charge. The increase in the <br />amount of impervious area will increase this charge. The city will determine the amount of <br />the . increase upon review of the final construction plans. The .Residential Equivalent Unit <br />(RED) is a method of assessing . accurate quarterly usage charges for storm water <br />management. The RED is based on percent of impervious surface coverage, and has been <br />estimated to be 37.39, resulting in a quarterly charge of $1,283.30 for 2008. The rate will <br />change at the first of the year, and on an annual basis. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 in the Council <br />Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal Center (7550 Sunwood Drive NW) to review your <br />proposed site plan.
