Stormwater Management Fee: The City requires a payment for <br />stormwatermanagement fees, and the current commercial rate is <br />$4,238 per acre. This fee applies only to the portion of the plat <br />previously designated Outlot A, AEC Energy Park 4th Addition. <br />The portion of this. fee attributable to the expanded Lot 1, Block 1 <br />Knoll Properties (3.22 acres) .is Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred <br />Forty Six Dollars and No Cents ($13,646.00) and must be paid <br />prior to release of a building permit. Payment of this fee for Lot 2, <br />Block 1 Knoll Properties (3.01 acres) will be collected when a <br />development proposal is brought forward at the rate in effect at the <br />time the proposal is approved will be used. <br /> <br />14. Sanitary Sewer and Water Trunk Charges: Trunk charges are <br />required for municipal sewer and water on the portion of the plat <br />previously designated as Outlot A, ABC Energy Park 4th Addition. <br />The current commercial rate for sanitary sewer is $3,630.00 per <br />acre, and water is $7,914.00 per acre.' The portion of these fees <br />attributable to the expanded Lot 1, Block 1 Knoll Properties (3.22 <br />acres) is Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Nine Dollars and <br />No Cents ($11,689.00) for sanitary sewer and Twenty Five <br />Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Three Dollars and No Cents <br />($25,483.00) for water. These fees must be paid prior to release of <br />a building permit. Payment of these fees for Lot 2, Block 1 Knoll <br />Properties (3.01 acres) will be collected when a development <br />proposal is brought. forward. Tree Preservation Plan: A tree preservation plan has been <br />submitted as part of the Site Plan Review application. <br /> <br />16. Landscaping: A Landscaping Plan has been submitted as part of <br />the Site Plan Review application. <br /> <br />17. Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any <br />permits required from other regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2008, <br />at the' Ramsey Municipal Center, to review your final plat. A copy of the <br />case cover. sheet is enclosed for your information.
