<br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br />GABLES TERRACE <br /> <br />AGREEMENT dated this day of , 2008, by and between the <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the "CITY") and D.R. HORTON, <br />INC., Minnesota ("DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br />1. Request for Plat Approval. The DEVELOPER has asked the CITY to approve <br />a plat for RAMSEY GABLES (also referred to in tIlls Agreement as the "Plat"). The land is <br />legally described as: <br /> <br />Outlot A, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 2ND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />2. Other A2reelllents.
