<br />5 - Implementation Plan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COST PROJECTIONS <br /> <br />Restoration and management of the natural resources within the park will be an <br />additional cost factor as the master plan is implemented. The City of Ramsey does not <br />currently have a natural resources management plan or details available to accurately <br />project costs associated with ecological restoration and management. As such, we <br />are providing the following estimated cost ranges on a per acre basis for both initial <br />restoration and long-term maintenance.
