The structures to be moved have received a satisfactory <br /> inspection b~ ~ul~ng Official Glyn Huff. She added the City has a signed statement on file from <br /> Haakon Jarne~[ of[he Alpaca Estates Partnership indicating that the structure to be moved onto the <br /> property meat~ thei requirements of the subdivision covenants. <br /> The CommiSSion lbroceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. <br /> Motion by C0~nmtssioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that City <br /> Council ado~t4the ~proposed findings of fact relating to a request from Dennis Chfisfiansen to move <br /> in a dwellinl~ Snd accessory onto Lot 1, Block 2, Alpaca Estates 3rd Addition. <br /> <br /> Motion carribd. !
