Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case /12: ?R~quest for Sketch Plan Review of McDonald Addition, a Minor <br /> [Subdivision; Case of Robert McDonald <br /> <br />Zoning Admiaistrator Frolik stated that Mr. Robert McDonald is requesting a minor subdivision to <br />create one fi¥i-a~re lot and one 49-acre lot from a 54 acre parcel located south of Trott Brook and <br />east of 166th ~v~nue N.W. and Variolite Street. She stated that both of the lots have a sufficient <br />amount of Cl4ss g'soils to support an on-site septic system. The proposed minor subdivision is in <br />compliance With ~he 4 in 40 density regulations. She added that the two lots are proposed to share <br />an access on~ V ~ai-iolite Street N.W. that would line up with 166th Avenue N.W. <br />The Planning .hnd iZoning Commission reviewed the City Staff letter dated April 30, 1992. <br /> <br />Motion by ~ssioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to accept the sketch plan <br />for McDonald~Ad~ition and recommend City Council approve the final plat. <br /> <br />Motion carrie~!.
