Voting No: None. <br />Case #6: ~ ~R.~.uest for Preliminary Plat Review of Ramsey Meadows; Case of <br /> I Gilbert Menkveld <br /> <br />Zoning AdmiOistrator Frolik stated that the 31 lots proposed in the plat meet the minimum width <br />and area req.ui~remgnts with a couple of exceptions. Some of the lots are impacted by wetlands and <br />it is desirable[in ~.uch a case to maintain the minimum required area (10,800 square feet) at an <br />elevation ab~ge the ordinary high water. She added that modifications will be required to the <br />drainage plafl~ in I[he final plat. Ms. Frolik stated that development of the plat will require paving <br />149th which ~i~ an ~xisting, unimproved street. <br />City Engineer ~ankowski summarized the City Staff letter dated April 28, 1992. <br /> <br />Discussion e~Sued regarding the following issues: DNR concerns regarding wetland have to be <br />resolved pria~ to final plat approval Following any design amendments resulting from DNR <br />concerns, ~t ~st ~-~ ~nsured that all lots contain 10,800 square feet of area above ordinary high <br />water.
