They recommended that absences from <br />meetings beadme an issue when three regularly schedules are missed. <br /> <br />Case gl0:: Project Status Report <br /> <br />Zoning Adn~.~'niStrator Frolik stated that the Project Status Report is presented for the <br />Commissiort'~ in~rmation. <br />Commission~t D~mer mentioned that some time ago the Commission had requested to review in- <br />house proje(~t~ an~d at this point in time, they had not been involved. He requested an answer as to <br />where this r~4uest stands. <br />COMMISS]~Ni INPUT <br />Commissioner H~ndriksen mentioned being offended by implications in a letter from the Board of <br />Realtors wit~ re[ard to the services performed by City Staff and the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission.
