COMMIS$!ON~ BUSINESS <br />Case #1: ~; R~quest for a Conditional Use Permit to Construct a Metal Accessory <br /> ~: Structure on Less than 2.5 Acres; Case of James Struwve <br /> <br />Zoning Adrll~is~ator Frolik stated that Mr. James Struwve is requesting a conditional use permit <br />to construct-~a!metal accessory structure on his property at 15328 Hematite Street N.W. City Code <br />restricts thei~tal~lishment of metal accessory structures to parcels 2.5 acres and larger is size and <br />the subject l~rppe~'3y measures 2.2 acres in size. However, the parcel was split by the construction <br />of 153rd Avenue N.W. and prior to that split the property measured approximately 5 acres in size. <br /> <br />The CommiSSion reviewed the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by ~C-~m~aissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Terry to amend #15 to read <br />"That the pr01~°sotl use will not adversely impact traffic in the area". <br /> <br />Motion carfi/~cl, iVoting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Terry, Deemer, <br />Hendriksen It,d I~a~ Due.
