Absent: Commissioner Thorud. <br />The CommisSion proceeded to review and discuss the terms of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by CCmmissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that <br /> · ; [ [ . <br />Cay Council ap~ove the request to construct a metal accessory structure at 15328 Hemaute Street <br />N.W. and adopt ~e resolution declaring conditions of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Further d~sou~s~on: Commissioner Hendriksen stated, for the record, that he feels the proximity to <br />the neighb0r[ng inetal shed, the distance from the road and the circumstances of this property, <br />swayed his [cl~i~on in this matter. The building will be used to store classic cars, recreation and gardening <br />equipment.'
