Mr. Bill Cha ~rnan, representing the developers of Rivenwick, presented the proposed final plat. <br /> <br />Motion by :£,orr~ issioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend that City <br />Council grat it fiOal plat approval to the first phase of Rivenwick and that the 137th Avenue N.W. <br />cul-de-sac ',l~ vlicated back to the property owners which would eliminate the need for future <br />variances as ~vaslthe case for Windemere Woods. <br /> <br />Motion cam ',ri. He also went to the crusher site in Maple Grove <br />and felt that:tile n~ise level was not bad. <br />Chairperson I~awden also toured the facility and was impressed with the neatness and also felt that <br />the noise level was not bad. <br /> <br />Commissiorl~ Hendriksen expressed concern with the possibility of 32 foot high piles of rubble <br />being stored ~t tho site. <br /> <br />The Planning ~nd Zoning Commission proceeded to review the findings of fact. <br /> : <br /> <br />Motion by C~mmissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to amend #19 to read <br />"That the pr0~os{~cl use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons working <br />in the vicinity!of ~e use, or to the public welfare". <br />Motion carde~. ¥oting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Terry, Hendriksen, <br />Holland, LaDhe and Thorud.
