Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners LaDue, Holland, Deemer, <br />Terry and Th0md, Voting No: Commissioner Hendriksen. <br /> <br />The CommisSion proceeded to review the terms of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded, for discussion, by Commissioner Terry to <br />amend #4 t0 f~ead "Stockpile heights shall not exceed sixteen (16) feet as measured from the <br />existing grollfld elevation over which it is placed". <br /> <br />Further discussio~n: Commissioner Terry inquired if a 16 to 20 foot stockpile would be feasible. <br />Mr. Griswold2 stated that 32 feet is the height of a typical residence and also that it would be a <br />filtered view tko~ highway #10. Commissioner Deemer stated he didn't notice the rubble pile was <br />that high when he toured the site. Mr. Norm Bury stated that the sites vary because of the <br />difference i~i/he fieights of the land. He stated that he would like to stay with 32 feet but possibly <br />16 feet woukl~be ,do-able". <br /> <br />Motion failed.. Voting Yes: Commissioner Hendriksen.
