Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and Holland. <br />Case #3! :Review of Ramsey City Code Sections 9.50.37 to 9.50.59 <br /> <br />The Planfiing Itnd Zoning Commission proceeded to review Sections 9.50.37 to 9.50.59 of <br />the RamSay Oty Code. <br /> <br />Section 9i. 50..,37: Subd. 9, Item (e) - This paragraph was changed to eliminate the <br />requirerae[nt for a minimum 300 foot public road access and require access and parking as <br />deemed a~proi~riate by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />CommiS$fonor Deemer felt that "deemed appropriate by the City Engineer" gave the <br />.Engineef'!too~inuch latitude" and felt that the Park and Recreation Commission should have <br />~nput. <br /> <br />The memt~ers~of the Park and Recreation Commission were at City Hall for a meeting and <br />were ask~ to.participate in the discussion. <br />Motion b~ Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to amend the <br />paragraph[to ~ad: Provide sufficient public road access and surfaced parking facility as <br />deemed a~propriate by the Park and Recreation Commission and as recommended by the <br />City Engineer,for neighborhood parks and community parks. <br /> <br />Motion cai'tied.
