Add <br />such cl~ ;e, iSubd. 3, Accessory Uses: b. Open and outdoor storage - (not to exceed <br />10% of t~h ~ p~rcel area), open and outdoor service, sales, display or rental provided that: - <br />deal with ?ale~, display and rental separately. List criteria. <br />Zoning A~lmilaistrator Frolik expressed concern about losing leverage without conditional <br />use permits. <br /> <br />The Corer aissjon suggested adding "Any use that doesn't meet standards would have to go <br />through si;e Plan process. The City would then get a financial guarantee and would be able <br />to negotial e a time frame. <br /> <br />The Comlnisaion directed that Staff confer with City Attorney Bill Goodrich about the <br />Grandfath~ r fights. <br /> <br />Morion b~)1 Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Comrmss~oner Thorud to direct Staff to <br />advertise 0 public hearing for the revisions to Section 9.21.23 of the Ramsey City Code for <br />Novembe~ 5, !992 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion farrier.
