<br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Olson, Dehen, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />Look, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat Review of Ebony Woods; Case of Tim Holm <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that this application for Ebony Woods has changed from 8 units down to 3. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Miller reviewed the staff report and noted that this is for final <br />plat review for three single family homes. She stated that staff is recommending approval. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen asked if the Planning Commission had any specific comments on this <br />and noted that normally their minutes are included in the packet, but they were not included this <br />time. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Miller stated that they did not have specific comments, but <br />they did feel this met the requirements including density requirements. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen asked if there were any varying architectures planned. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Miller stated that the City has not yet received architectural <br />renderings, but if the Council has any recommendations, staff can pass this along to them. <br /> <br />. Councilmember Dehen asked if the City could require them to have varied architecture. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that the City has no authority to require this, but could suggest it <br />to them. <br /> <br />Councilmember Jeffrey stated that the Council has made many comments in various meetings <br />about this project about what the City would like to see for architecture and assumes that our <br />intent has been conveyed to them. - <br /> <br />Councilmember Olson noted that all of the comments made by the Council were in relation to <br />the previously proposed twin homes, not for single family homes. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen stated that if the Council is going to approve a variance for the width of <br />the lots, he feels that the City should have a say in the architectural design. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Dehen, to table adoption of the. <br />resolution granting Final Plat approval to Ebony Woods, to allow time for the City to look at <br />architectural renderings. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: City Attorney Goodrich asked if there would be any 60 day rule issues. <br />Community Development Director Miller stated that she thinks there may be.
