23. Sjreetscape and Sidewalk Preservation, The CITY has constructed sidewalks and installed <br />plantings, irrigation and streetlights along Sunwood Drive. The streetlights will be removed <br />prior to and replaced after construction by Connexus Energy upon request by the <br />DEVELOPER. The DEVELOPER will be responsible for preservation of the inplace <br />improvements. The DEVELOPER and the CITY shall meet onsite prior to commencement <br />of construction and document the condition of the sidewalks and plantings. A meeting will <br />also be held after construction is complete to document the status of the sidewalks and <br />related improvments.
