CASE # <br />PUBLIC HEARING: APPLICATION FOR OFF-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br />LICENSE; CASE OF 10 SPOT LIQUOR <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br />Background: <br />Melissa B. Fitzgerald and Dennis J. Fitzgerald of DJ Investments LLC, d/b/a 10 Spot Liquor <br />have properly applied for an off-sale intoxicating liquor license. at 7129 Highway #10 NW. This <br />is the former site of Ramsey Wine & Spirits which has been closed for some time. Enclosed is a <br />copy of the public hearing notice. Police Chief Way has completed the background investigation <br />and reviewed the application and found everything to be in order. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to approve/not approve an off-sale intoxicating liquor license application for Melissa B. <br />Fitzgerald and Dennis J.
